Return of Damaged Goods
If your item was damaged during transit, please email us at support@sachivalencia.com with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once approved, returns must be made within 28 days of the original delivery date at your own cost.
Note:
- We cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.
- All returns must be in original packaging and unused.
- Slight variations in wax color are normal due to the natural materials used, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent or minor color differences.

You’ll receive a tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email. You can also track your order directly through our website.
Adding an Additional Item
To add items to your order, please email us at support@sachivalencia.com or call +34 665558004. If the order has not been processed, we may accommodate changes. Once processed or dispatched, we cannot combine orders.
