We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, Sachi offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To request a return, please email support@onlysachi.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

With most packages, the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case, send us an email at support@onlysachi.com, and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
