Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sachi, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation, on business working days. We partner with trusted couriers including Evra, DHL, Royal Mail, Seur, and Correos to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

We ship orders from two fulfilment centres, Spain (covering EU countries) and the UK (covering United Kingdom & Northern Ireland). Free standard shipping applies on orders over £40 in the UK & NI and €46 in the EU. 

Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within one business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

Spain & Portugal: 2–4 business days
Denmark, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, France, Germany, Netherlands: 3-5 business days
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland: 4-6 business days

Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which is sent by email once your order has been dispatched. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s website.

Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment. Any applicable taxes or duties for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier issues. Sachi cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
